Hays are currently working with a market leader in their field. The role will sit in their west midlands office, and would be a great opportunity for a progressive and driven individual, to work within a great finance team.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be an integral member of driving the financial performance of the business. Your duties will include but not be limited to supporting financial reporting of business performance, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must be an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant with post qualification experience. You will also be capable of working within a fast paced environment, with strong analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the business.
