I am currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established supplier based in Redditch. This company is a growing and can offer career progression and long term development. The role will be split accross a couple of duties and the role can and will evolve with the business and development of the candidate.
• Purchase Ledger invoice processing
• Credit card expense processing
• Bank, customer and supplier statement reconciliation
• Resolving invoice queries
• Cash allocation
• Fixed assets register
• Prepayments and accruals
• Rebate coordinator The correct person will need the beable to work self motivated and will need to demonstrate a can do attitude and a willining to adapt and develop:
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent numeracy and accurate data entry skills
• Takes pride in work produced and very organised
• Proactive and keen to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel skills, Sage 200 (desirable)
• A Least 2 to 3 years' experience. Offer: Upto £22,000 P/A This is a fantastic oppotunitiy for someone with previous accounts experience to develop their carreer and get stuck into developing duties.
