An interesting new opportunity to join a highly regarded and globally successful Insurance company in the expansion of their Birmingham Office as a French Speaking Underwriting Assistant. As a French Speaking Underwriting Assistant you will assist the team in maintaining efficient underwriting processes on the e-trading platform providing an efficient service to clients. You will work closely with the London and also Paris office therefore it is essential that you are fluent both verbally and written in both languages. It would also be an advantage if you are able to also speak German so that you could also deal with the Munich office. You will work closely with the Underwriters in the delivery of an effective and efficient administration service on the E-Trading platform. The portfolio consists of small & medium sized UK accounts, focusing on the Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Medical Malpractice and Cyber. It is key that you ensure timely and accurate data entry and scanning of risk documentation onto all systems within agreed service levels ensuring that all entries are 100& accurate. Therefore in relation to this you will need to be a competent user of excel with strong attention to detail. Data verification, integrity & accuracy. To be considered you must be fluent in English and French and ideally German. You must have proven administration experience ideally within a similar professional environment.
