A world leading location-based marketing specialist are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their diverse and dynamic finance division based in Central London. In their growing and fast paced finance division they are now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to: Create and send out invoices to customers consistently to ensure timely receipt of invoices Ensure honesty is maintained around the data being processed reconciling source data to final billing Oversea and manage all relevant KPI's to make sure they are being maintained, monitored and appropriate action is taken when required Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure correct information is received to allow accurate customer set-up Monitor the WIP billing Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and maintained to agreed timescales and company standards Respond to all queries accurately and efficiently Complete all performance reviews for your direct reports (annual and half-year) The successful candidate will: Have at least 5 years' AR experience A background of working within softer sectors A team player Confident and approachable What to do now?
