SF Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established business in North Nottinghamshire. Your main responsibilities will include matching invoices to delivery notes, processing invoices, preparation of invoices for scanning and payment, reconciliation of statements, resolving queries, responding to both phone and email queries. You will also take care of the employees expenses once a month. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a fast paced accounts office and will be able to process a high volume of invoices at an efficient and productive pace whilst keeping an excellent attention to detail. You will be part of a small close knit team and report directly to the management accountant. The site itself offers on-site car parking and is based on a busy industrial park that is very easily accessed. The company is well known and has a very friendly staff culture so you will be welcomed into the team. The hours are 8-4.30 Monday - Thursday and 8-1.30 Friday.
