If so this could be the role for you We require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is used to dealing with the whole Accounts Payable function, someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to work to their own initiative. This is role will offer you career enhancement and progression opportunities with a growing and reputable organisation in Tech industry. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for 200 live supplier accounts both in the UK and overseas. Duties: Posting Purchase Ledger invoices Updating and maintaining Aged Creditor Report Preparing and processing weekly payment runs Reconciling supplier statements Processing staff expenses (incl. company cards) Resolving supplier queries What's required for a successful ? Previous experience of working within a Purchase Ledger department is a must for this role Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with both internal and external parties, ability to build strong relationships Excellent Excel skills (v-lookups/pivot tables) Working to tight deadlines Strong attention to detail We would be keen to hear from people who have worked as a Purchase Ledger Clerk previously and someone motivated and eager to learn.
