You will be based in the Glasgow office and will be working in a team of 8. The role: Work within a team of Specialist SMEs Use RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools and trend analysis to identify fixes and improvements in processes Resolve queries as necessary Identify and implement improvement areas for query flows Maintain the interaction model with the CoE team Act as an escalation for unresolved queries Partner with Heads of Department to ensure timely submission of information Manage the provision of Finance systems access and the Delegation of Authority for Leavers and Joiners. Help deliver training to Operational teams Deliver continuous improvements to reduce exception-handling and query volumes Input in weekly hotel payroll meetings. Work with a Process Improvement mind-set.
