Reference : 15044 Role : Finance Assistant Location : Birmingham Salary : 25 - £27k Greenwellgleeson are currently assisting a National Business advisory firm in their search for a Finance Assistant based in Birmingham City Centre.
Responsibilities:
There will be daily, weekly and monthly task lists to be completed Administration work on Excel and Word using templated documents Assistance in answering calls to the office. Credit control - chasing outstanding debts sending invoices and credit notes, expenses and other duties as required Liaising with accountants and HO on occasions Prepare and organise posting of marketing materials Meeting and greeting visitors and providing refreshments Receptive to taking on new duties and responsibilities as the role evolves.
