Our client, a successful and expanding company based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruit a Collections Administrator on a permanent basis. JOB DESCRIPTION Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Working in a busy collections team
• Delivering monthly pledge and cash targets
• Investigating causes of non payment
• Reviewing case history
• Updating systems
• Reviewing files
• Producing chronological events to ensure any disputes are investigated
