The Role: Our client a leading manufacturing business is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Finance in this commercial focused role you will: Business partner operational colleagues to help them understand the businesses performance. Producing monthly management information and forecasting. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, board pack and presentation of results. Production and maintenance of all financial and business KPIs Analysis of Gross Margin % and any investigating variances to prior month and Budget/Forecast. Direct Labour Reporting to Senior Management, and interrogation of labour cost per unit. Investment appraisal Weekly reporting of Sales and Margins by product category and customer. What you need to succeed: To be successful as Finance Business Partner, you will ideally be a qualified accountant who has extensive operational and commercial experience gained within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate bring the numbers to life and influencing key stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
