Your new Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well known charity based in Reading for a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an important role in the organisation with the opportunity to influence decisions at all levels. You will have a strong commercial financial acumen and build close working relationship with the senior management team of the Fundraising and Marketing team.
Requirements include;

• Proven experience in a Business Partnering role along with experience of developing an effective internal financial advisory service/business partner service
• Sound knowledge of accounting practices and the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions
• Skills in developing and managing frameworks to assess and report on non-financial corporate performance
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Strong inter-personal and excellent communication skills.
