To support the preparation and delivery of the Annual Group Expense Planning and Reforecasting process. To support in the preparation and delivery of Monthly and Quarterly Management Information for Aspen Group. Provide general support to the Group Expense Manager with regards to any expense related tasks To assist with ad hoc analysis based on the expense planning and reporting processes. To assist with any Aspen 2.0 Change Office requests or analysis. The role offers exposure to a broad range of senior stakeholders across the Group, with the need to provide regular support and to prepare ad-hoc analysis Skills & experience
• This would suit a financial analyst/financial accountant who wishes to build out their skills in expense planning and reporting in the context of a change environment
• Advanced Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills, in particular Excel skills ideally including, PowerPivot, macros and VBA
• Experience in the Insurance industry is not critical Experience in major change projects and the expense reporting aspects would be beneficial
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, ideally at a Macro/VBA level
• Written and verbal communication, numerical reasoning, report writing, analytical
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet pressurized deadlines
