Some of your duties will include: - Providing extensive support for the Finance Director and assisting with day to day account activities - Overseeing the preparation of the sales, purchase and nominal ledger records to trial balance level - Checking expenses and petty cash expenditure to ensure they are accurately recorded on accounts system - Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts in preparation for review by management team - Producing weekly debtor reports, chasing overdue payment by telephone and email and minimising bad debt - Reconciling accounts at month-end, producing management accounts and actual vs budget reports Burton, Bolton & Rose will only respond to candidates who they consider suitable for the role advertised.
