iMultiply are working on an Purchase Ledger Clerk role which is offered on a short-term temporary basis. The Company This position presents the chance to join a Not-for-profit organisation based in Edinburgh who are in need of assistance to clean up a backlog. The Role As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for all purchase invoicing duties, along with providing assistance for a variety of other duties within the finance function. You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties: Raising and processing high volumes of purchase invoices Assist with bank reconciliations Dealing with invoicing queries and resolving issues as they arise On Offer The Contract Purchase Ledger Clerk position will offer around £12 per hour. Their offices are based in Edinburgh and have parking available on site. To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience: You must have extensive Purchase Ledger Experience Exposure to operating in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous Be analytically minded and a minimum of intermediate Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable problem-solving skills will be required
