A start-up property business is looking for a financial controller for an initial 6 month contract. This is due to the business rapidly expanding. As the financial controller you will be responsible for all quarterly management reporting and oversight of a timely audit preparation. Main responsibility: Lead the financial audit Restructure accounting and finance functions Prepare quarterly management accounting Ownership of accounting system migration and implementation Statutory reporting - UK GAAP / IFRS Led the budgets and forecasting Requirements ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Strong excel / modelling Professional service background This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 3 years post qualified experience who is looking for a challenge and keen to build a finance function.
