Credit Controller/Purchase ledger clerk We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years' experience in credit control. They will be responsible for chasing all unpaid invoices through every stage up to raising court claims and beyond. They will be expected to produce statements when required in conjunction with the finance manager so a knowledge of Excel is preferred. Their role will also be that of purchase ledger clerk. They will be responsible for the posting of supplier invoices, the correct allocation to nominal accounts, accounting for prepayments and allocating disbursement fee notes. Although they will be based in Tunbridge Wells, there will also be times when it is necessary to travel to the head office in London. There is also the possibility of working from home for part of the time. The position is seen to be part-time, 3 days a week, at present.
