Purchase Ledger Clerk Permanent Four Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a worldwide company around the Stockport area, this role has become available due to the high growth of the company. Our Client is looking for a hands-on Purchase Ledger Clerk that can work well under pressure and can work within a team. You will manage and process all purchase ledger associated tasks in a timely manner and achieve month end deadlines. Joining on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager daily. Duties include: Daily BACs payment runs Statement reconciliations for multiple business units Purchase Ledger housekeeping - matching, batching, coding of invoices Supplier queries - Phone, email, post. Employee expenses Setting up new vendor accounts Maintaining spreadsheets Assisting with month end Other ad-hoc finance duties Please note you must have experience in purchase ledger and excel.
