Experienced Payroll Specialist needed for global organisation in Manchester. This is a brilliant opportunity for a payroll expert to join a reputable company with a turnover within the billions. As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Payroll Manager and work alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team to run multiple payrolls around Europe to include France, Germany, Italy and Belgium (experience of running payroll in one of these countries is essential). You will work with an outsourced provider to provide accurate and timely payment of wages to 4000 employees whilst assisting with continuous improvements to the processes and procedures for increased quality and efficiency. To be successful in this role you will need to have international payroll processing experience and be up to date on recent rules and legislation. Ideally you will have shared service centre experience, have solid IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and be a logical thinker who works well amongst a team. You will receive a competitive salary of up to £32000 for a 37.5 hour working week and excellent benefits.
