Investigo are seeking an immediately available Finance Analyst for a well-known business based in Bedfordshire. The company has developed a world-leading platform in the UK and more recently selling and operating the platform for retailers inside and outside the UK. Key Duties: Business partnering with Retail finance teams, working closely with the team producing & reviewing periodic accounts (Revenue, Costs and Capex), analysis and supporting with any questions, while maintaining a good working relationship Providing value adding financial insight, support and challenge by building effective working relationships at all levels, including senior managers and with other departments in the business Supporting stakeholders and senior management with financial analysis to help aid decision making On boarding of new sites into business as usual processes, identify trends to project the full year including recommendations on opportunities/ mitigating risks and a clear go to for senior management for financial recommendations and analysis Lead the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast process. Reviewing resourcing/ cost proposals from other business areas and provide healthy challenge; understand key drivers for revenue and costs; ensure matrix management is working as effectively and efficiently as possible. Ensuring correct and fair allocation of costs Maintain and enhance financial controls ensuring accuracy and robustness of reporting and continue to develop reporting for this business area Continually identify and implement improvements to business processes to increase efficiency and ensure all costs are recorded accurately in the accounts. Challenge and review results to seek opportunities to increase income/reduce costs and risks Manage a finance analyst, ensuring the team is being developed and work quality is of a high standard To Apply you will meet the following criteria: Qualified CIMA / ACA/ ACCA accountant with minimum of 3 PQE experience Experience of reporting period management accountant, analysis and commentary Experience of budgeting and forecast Experience of strong business partnering and working in a matrix structure Advanced Excel skills
