CREDIT CONTROLLER We are actively recruiting for a credit controller to join a team with the responsibility for amicably resolving outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and keen individual with a keen willingness to learn all aspects and who is looking for a career within a growing organisation. Requirements
• Proven experience as a credit controller
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in pursuing and achieving results
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Sage Responsibilities
• Liaise with customers
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Establish relationships
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding payments
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Update account status and database regularly The company is highly focussed on employee development and for the right person can offer a great career path.
