Our client is an exciting technology business, requires a talented part time Bookkeeper. The role is based in Oxford. You will report to the Financial Controller and help support the ongoing growth of the company. You will be responsible for Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cash Book and VAT. You will also be responsible for the Payroll for the small number of employees. You will possess good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Experience of Excel and Xero/Sage Line 50 are necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a mature outlook. You will play a crucial part of the business. As bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include: Invoice processing and Bank reconciliations; Purchase Order management and tracking; Following payment procedures; Supplier account management; Administering payroll; Preparing VAT returns; Preparing some balance sheet reconciliations for FC review; Re-organising and checking the electronic invoice files; Assistance with implementing new systems; Experience with Xero and Sage-style systems required.
