Hotel Analyst Working in association with a privately-owned property Investment Company owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf, we are seeking a pro-active experienced Hotel Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. The role will play a pivotal part in the company's growth that will help maximize investment revenues, identify and monitor revenue control risks within a cluster of five prestigious hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part or newly qualified analyst to join a high performing business within one of the UK's most competitive markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Hotels the role will give the successful candidate exposure to a variety of duties, working with key stakeholders. This role will also provide the candidates with the opportunity to accelerate career growth, in a challenging environment which is at the forefront of the company's rapid growth agenda. Skills and Experience Relevant accounting or analytical qualification. A combination of intellectual creativity and analytical skills in a hands-on commercial environment where you will be responsible for shaping the business future. Minimum of 2 years hotel accounting / finance / analytical experience Expert analytical skills relating to revenue and expenditure, matched with advanced level use of MS packages. Experience of multiple cost centres would be an advantage. £30 - £35k pa subject to experience Workplace Pension 28 days holiday including banking holidays, increasing by 1 day for each full calendar year of service.
