Salary:
£27,000 - £34,000 depending on experience Hours Full time, 37.50 hours per week This role is ideal for someone who is part way through their qualifications and is looking to start gaining business partnering skills. This is an exciting and varied role with no two days the same, and with the opportunity to support key areas across the Charity to ensure we are able to deliver great care for the best value to our patients. Your role with us Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting Workbridge, which offers a vocational pathway for people with mental illness, learning disabilities, ASD and brain injuries, and our Integrated Practice Units (IPUs) In this rewarding & varied role you will be undertaking a full range of activities from budgeting and forecasting, month end processes, reconciling accounts, providing insight and analysis and providing your business partners with high quality management information. What we are looking for: Partial CIMA or ACCA qualification At least 2 years work experience gained within a finance department of a large organisation A motivated, self-starter, able to work under own initiative Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and analytical skills Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Previous experience of using SAP would be an advantage Ability to prioritise workloads and respond to tight deadlines Discretion and confidentiality And in Return We offer an excellent benefits package including 35 days holiday, car lease scheme, cycle to work scheme, free parking and access to vocational qualifications.
