Credit Controller Telford Permanent Up to £21,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm with 1 hour break Our client is a well-established, profitable business based in Telford. They are currently recruiting for a full time Credit Controller to join their small but busy accounts team, working on a ledger exceeding £500k per month. Your duties in this job role will include: Chasing debtors by email, telephone and letter Running credit checks Setting up new accounts Allocating payments on the system Dealing with and resolving customer queries Raising invoices Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy environment, have previous Credit Control experience, e xcellent written and communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met.
