Axon Moore are currently recruiting for a vibrant, cutting edge business based in Manchester city centre who are looking for a Credit Control and Billing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Credit Control and Billing Assistant, you will report in to the Head of Client Billings and you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, effective, efficient and accurate range of services.
Responsibilities:
Regular updates regarding overdue client billings and credit control Liaising with project managers to ensure billings are raised in a timely manner and paid in a timely manner Credit Control duties, chasing outstanding invoiced and producing statements Presenting information regarding billing and debtors to Head of Client Billings Reconcile and reporting of intercompany accounts Manage/provide assistance for Billings Administrator (raising invoices, entering PO's) Regular review of supplier proforma and chasing suppliers for final tax invoices Person Specification: Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient with the company's financial processes Numeracy and commercial awareness Previous experience with Sage is advantageous
