GFTU Senior Finance Officer.

£30,000 - £34,000 Hours: Full time, permanent . Workplace: GFTU, Quorn Grange, 86-88 Wood Lane, Quorn, Loughborough LE12 8DB The General Federation of Trade Unions (GFTU) has been supporting the Trade Union movement for 120 years and we are currently recruiting. We are a small, high performing office which supports the needs of a network of affiliated Trade Unions and we are offering an attractive package to the right person including training and pension. The GFTU has a very effective Finance Team and we are currently recruiting a well organised Senior Finance Officer to support the work in-house and with a number of GFTU Affiliated Unions. Working closely with the Head of Finance and General Secretary you will make a significant contribution to the success of the organisation by carrying out financial and other administrative duties, providing leadership, a high level of customer care and quality service, an accurate and efficient output of work to help to develop our functions and meet the demands of the role, assisting in all aspects of the work of the Finance Team to contribute to their success. You must also be competent in the use of IT systems including Sage Line 50, possess good administration skills and have the ability to work to conflicting deadlines.
