I am recruiting an Interim Financial Controller to join a growing manufacturing company based in North Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded business initially for a 6 month contract but may lead to a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. Reporting the to Finance Director you will be responsible for: Consolidated Management Accounts (Monthly) Consolidated Statutory Accounts (Annually) Annual Audit Tidy up ledgers in particular the Fixed Asset Register Cashflow forecasting Maintain working capital model - to be produced during business planning process Inter Co Recharges (Monthly) Inter Company Reconciliation (Quarterly) Accruals / Prepayments (Monthly) VAT - (Monthly) Intrastats (Monthly) Employee Pay & Deductions (Monthly) Proposed Supplier Payments (Daily/Weekly) Manually entering all Supplier Payments onto Internet Banking (Daily) Posting of all Supplier Invoices and Payments (Daily) Posting of all Export Customer Remittances (Daily) Bank Reconciliation of 8 Bank Accounts (Monthly) Credit Card Analysis and Reconciliation of Exports Credit Cards (Monthly) Aged Debtors Reports issued with commentary (Monthly) Customer Account Handler advised of concerning overdue debts (Weekly) Renewal of All Gas & Electric contracts for 7 sites Raising of all Customer Credit Notes / Debit Notes Process Sagepay Refunds IF Sales advised to JNJ (Daily/Periodically) The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and must be available to start work on minimal notice. You will need to have strong Excel skills and preferably CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or suitably qualified by experience.
