My client is looking for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join their well established team on 6 month temporary basis in the Chalfont St Peter area. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for producing sales ledger invoices for clients. The successful candidate will be well-organised, methodical and with a good grounding in accounts. Good interpersonal skills are essential as well as being able to work on own initiative and be a team player. Key

responsibilities:
Raising invoices and credit notes in various currencies for installation projects. Ensuring the correct templates are used for issuing invoices. Liaising regularly with the Projects department to ensure invoices are produced accurately and to monthly deadlines. Dealing with invoice queries in an effective and timely manner. Uploading of invoices/credit notes on various customer portals. Checking the accuracy of financial data of project valuations submitted by the Project managers before invoicing. Updating of the Supplier/Employee Bank details on in house system. Assisting the credit controllers with Aged debt as and when required. Other ad hoc tasks as required by the Head of Finance.
