Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Purchase Ordering process Payment run preparation Ad hoc finance duties Responsible for monitoring headcount for project hours - managing data collection and preparation Invoice processing SAP maintenance, inc. headcount and training employees to use/input. SAP Accounts Assistant Skills: Previous experience of working on SAP in a finance capacity Must be able to navigate around the SAP system unaided Previous experience of processing high volume purchase orders Previous experience of working in a contract lead business This is ia temporrary contract responsible for all contract management from a finance perspective based in SAP. Candidates applying must be immediately available or drawing to the end of their current contract.
