Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their busy finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Management Accounts function as well as have staff responsibilty. The main duties of the role will include but are not limited to: To motivate and lead a small team To develop a team and encourage them to maximise their potential To ensure that financial performance is reported, analysed and communicated to Stakeholders Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly management accounts pack To write and present reports to the Boards and committees Provide financial support to the team in the setting, reconciliation and external audi, ensuring income is maximised Provide support to the Senior Financial Accountant during busy periods The successful candidate must hold a full professional accounting qualification.
