Our client, currently What you will be doing: As Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of finance professionals and supporting the time served Finance Director in leading the UK and overseas operations. As this role is a true partnership alongside senior stakeholders, you will be adding significant value to strategic and operational change through the implementation of key financial strategies. Leading exciting M&A activities, alongside the FD, both at home and abroad Implementing best in class financial controls within an environment of accelerated growth Generation of incisive, timely and accurate MI for senior stakeholders including KPIs, variances and recommendations Providing both technical and commercial expertise Provision of monthly forecasts to challenge and enact senior decisions Supporting the year-end processes and statutory accounts Working with senior none finance personnel Cash flow and working capital management About you: You must hold a recognised Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience of supporting multiple acquisitions and other M&A activities Exposure to working within a private equity-backed or similarly high-growth environment Agile, with the ability to react to change Autonomous, yet equally capable working as part of a close-knit team Multinational experience is desirable Experience of leading a team
