AJ Chambers are currently seeking an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to work in a Top 15 Firms London office The firm are market leaders in their field, and boast a very flexible working environment that reflects their dedication to their employees, and their adaptability to change. This is a newly created role, that is the result of growth from both this division, and the tax division as a whole. In this role you will be supporting the Employment Tax Senior Manager, as they aim to grow the team. You will be provided with an exciting challenge, and will prove to be very rewarding. You will be given a lot of autonomy, and could even play a key part in deciding on future hires within the business. You would therefore be establishing yourself in a Key role, that is important in the development of the Firm. Employment Tax Assistant Manager Duties: To work alongside the senior managers and partners across a variety of different employment tax areas Opportunity to review and manage some work from the more junior members of the team To support and play a key role in the development of a portfolio of clients Working with the payroll team Remuneration, Salary Sacrifice and Benefit planning Employment status including IR35 and agency matters Annual Share incentive compliance, reporting and planning Advising on National insurance Contributions Employment Tax Assistant Manager Requirements: 3 Years Employment Tax experience CTA qualified desired The drive to bring on new work, and new clients Experience reviewing junior's work For further information on this Employment Tax Assistant Manager role, please apply direct or contact Thomas Sharland-Harris at AJ Chambers
