Finance Assistant required for an exciting permanent opportunity working for a leading business based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. Working as part of a small and friendly finance team your duties will include; chasing outstanding payments, raising invoices, bank reconciliations, processing purchase invoices, handling internal and external queries and other ad hoc duties as required. My client is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant who can join the business and make a positive contribution to the team. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adhere to strict deadlines with strong attention to detail and previous experience with a computerised accountancy package and Microsoft Excel is essential. My client is based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre with an open and friendly working environment. They offer a 37.5 hour working week with an early finish on a Friday, parking is available and they are accessible by public transport, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and further benefits for the successful candidate.
