Our multi-faceted and dynamic manufacturing client, a market leader in their field is currently looking to recruit a new Divisional Financial Director. With exciting times ahead, this is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to join a highly successful circa £100 million turnover hi-growth business. In this role you will be responsible for providing value adding analytical, financial and commercial support to the Site Managing Directors, Group Finance team and senior stakeholders, whilst developing and embracing their understanding of both operational performance and key strategic drivers. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial affairs, balance sheet activity, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis and statutory activities of an established, efficient and profitable business. Other core responsibilities will include the provision of regular and up to date MI, KPI analysis and the provision of a business partnering service to non-finance functions including sales & marketing, distribution and production. From a multi-site manufacturing and operational perspective you will be responsible for ensuring tight cost controls through clearly defined BOM's, SKU's and labour forecasting. In this role strong ERP analysis skills and experience of standard costing will be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, hands-on, driven and confident ACMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified Finance Director / Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Business Partner / Group Accountant / Manufacturing Controller with a proven background in management accounting, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting and financial analysis. This role will require the successful candidate to challenge, facilitate and influence at all levels across the business. Strong spreadsheet, data modeling and systems skills are also highly desirable, as is the ability to proactively establish, develop and maintain strong insights and relationships with both customer channels and internal non finance production teams.
