FP&A Business Partner Tech startup, London £60/70k share options This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, commercially savvy FP&A candidate to join one of the UK's fastest growing PE backed, Tech start-ups. This business has grown rapidly following Private Equity backing and has demonstrated impressive organic growth in addition to growing via multiple acquisitions Owing to their rapid growth and international expansion, they are looking to bring in a FP&A Business Partner to directly impact the strategic direction of the business and provide the financial information to inform commercial decision making. Key responsibilities to include:
• Business Partner with management team to provide financial support to lead the commercial and operational goals of the business Work directly with CFO to provide the financial groundwork to contribute to the long term strategic plan of the business Working on multiple projects with commercial & operational teams including; product launches, emerging market launches and market growth strategy. Develop MI process and deliver best in class MI Packs to internal & external stakeholders Responsible for managing UK & EU financial performance Profile: ACA or CIMA Qualified Previous experience in PE environment Experience in high growth start-up/ Tech experience Previous roles in FP&A and with senior stakeholder experience Please forward your CV to Talentedge ASAP
