My client is a luxury hotel chain based in the heart of London. The company are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their dedicated team. My client has 8 operational 5 hotels across the UK, with 3 more under construction this year. Furthermore, the organisation is often the first choice venue for many prestigious entertainment nights. The successful candidate will be fully qualified ACA from Big 4 and will have a background in corporate finance. Key
Responsibilities:
Full control of the growing commercial finance function Managing and developing a small finance team Business partnering with individual General Managers to drive profitability across the group Cash flow control and producing a rolling forecast Working with the Group Finance Director to set companywide budgets Leading on supplier negotiations Oversight of the monthly reporting function Providing ad hoc analysis and developing new business opportunities Desired Skills and Experience Must be fully qualified ACA from Big 4 Must have a corporate finance background Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Must have prior multi-site/leisure experience Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
