Totum are delighted to be working on a role to create, lead and develop a new finance division that provides 360-degree support to all business functions and fully integrates with a top 30 law firm's core finance function for a seamless and efficient finance function across the group. The Finance Manager's primary objective is to complete the accounting for royalty/commission payments and manage interface between the law firm and the brand management firm to ensure all invoicing and royalty/commission payments/receipts are recorded. You will also be responsible for the management of cash balances and cashflow forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis of performance against budget and preparing annual budgets/forecasts and annual cashflow budget. You will prepare annual statutory accounts for audit (individual LLP and for inclusion in consolidated group accounts) and prepare and submit quarterly VAT return. Applicants must be qualified Accountants with experience in royalty accounting essential and experience within the brands-sector is highly desirable. You must have proven experience of working at a managerial level with responsibility across a number of demanding deliverables essential and have strong Excel skills with a willingness to learn new tools / software where required.
