Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper (Part Time - 25 hours per week)
£18,000 - £25,000 (Pro-Rata) My Client are specialists in Property Lettings, Property Management and Sales with expertise in student and professional accommodation. They cover the whole of Cardiff especially the local areas like Roath, Cathays, Penylan, Heath, City Centre, Cardiff Bay and Cardiff Gate . My Client are now looking for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their busy and vibrant office to help with the smooth running of the Accounts Department. You will be assisting the team to keeping to strict deadlines as well as maximising the profits of the firm. Daily Duties will include: Process opening statements for Landlords (move in files) Processing daily rents Deposits returns NRL returns Bank accounts and TDS deposits reconciliations Inputting invoices Supplier payments Processing fees and refunds Bank payments New lets and scheduled charges set ups Rent arrears Outstanding fees reports and debt collection Answering landlord queries Support property management team The successful Candidate should be: AAT Level 3 Qualified or Equivalent 5 years' experience in an Accounts Department Ideally have experience within a Lettings Agencies Be confident and Motivated Good Customer Services Skills This vacancy is being managed by Charlotte Roscoe at Spear Recruitment Ltd.
