PE backed Multisite business seeks to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance to join their Senior Finance leadership team. This role is a highly commercial opportunity to lead, shape and drive commercial decision making through business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will lead a team of 9 qualified accountants to support the business with potential business initiatives, acquisitions and JV's. The successful candidate will be a CIMA, ACA qualified accountant with 10 years post qualified experience in a blue chip, multisite environment. You will have significant C suite exposure and be a strong man manager and mentor. You will lead contract negotiations, commercial terms analysis and support the business in driving strategy from a number's perspective. Based in the city you will be looking for your next step on the career ladder and will be hired as a number 2 to the Retail Finance Director, who is succession planning and you should expect fast track promotion within 12 months.
