Job title:
Accountant Start date: ASAP Overview: We are a group of companies based in Marylebone, currently looking to expand our existing team. Our main business is manufacturing mobile homes and renting them out via the Housing Benefit System. We work closely with Councils throughout England and provide mobile homes to people on low incomes. We require an experienced Accountant to assist us with the day to day running of our business. Requirements: - VAT - sole responsibility - PAYROLL including pension calculations - sole responsibility - has used Landlord Vision system or similar (beneficial) - confident user of Microsoft Office - confident user of Sage OR Xero accounting software - rental accounts reconciliations - correct allocation of rents and communication with the Councils and tenants regarding discrepancies - balance sheet reconciliations - payment of subcontractor - good communicator and a team player - able to confidently report to the shareholders - day to day posting of suppliers' invoices - day to day bookkeeping - some credit control Please note that only applicants who can demonstrate the above experience will be considered.
