Part time Purchase Ledger Administrator
LOCATION:
Dartford TYPE: Automotive HOURS: Monday - Friday (Flex hours between 9am-5pm for 5 hours daily) e.g. 9:30am-2:30pm BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave bank holidays, free parking, Childcare vouchers, Discount website CULTURE: Fast paced due to the role being in Head Office. Warm and friendly team. We're teaming up with the Management Accountant to recruit for this exciting new role; The day to day duties in your new job would be: Payment runs Posting purchase ledger invoices Resolving questions or queries Bank reconciliations Statement reconciliations Admin duties We'd love to speak to candidates with: Experience dealing with a high volume of purchase ledger invoices Immediate availability Good IT skills including Excel Next steps....
