Responsibilities:
Leading and developing the expanding finance function Extensive business partnering with designers and other senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects Use specific knowledge and experience to provide insight and influence to impact performance standards Offering detailed analysis in regard to customers and competitors Responsible for the financial modelling of the Annual 5 year strategic plan Lead the annual budget plan process Oversight of the production of the monthly management accounts Responsible for the preparation of monthly profitability and working capital forecasts Desired Skills and Experience Must be fully qualified Must have Private Equity experience Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Must have prior property or construction experience Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
