The client is a fast growing Renewable Energy Fund that acquires and develops UK based ground-mounted solar farms and waste to energy technologies. Based in Central London (Northumberland Avenue) and with further offices in Gloucestershire, you will work report to an experienced FC in the production of financial and management accounts for multiple sites in addition to other general accounting duties. Main Responsibilities Management Accounting Design & production of reports from SAGE System Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts for up to 25 entities Production of quarterly group consolidated accounts for reporting to lender & investors Statutory Accounting Production of annual statutory accounts for up to 25 entities Planning of reporting timetables to ensure compliance with Companies House, HMRC , lender & investor reporting deadlines Acquisitions Creation of SPV's in SAGE You will also assist with other general accounting such as payroll, tax, revenue billing, cost administration and reconciliations. Requirements A fully or part-qualified accountant (CIMA ACCA ACA) you will have gained financial and management accounting exposure - ideally with Renewable Energy sector experience. Sage Line 50 Experience An ambitions and highly motivated and able communicator able to liaise with internal and external finance and government related clients and customers.
