Reed Accountancy Brighton are working with a market leading property company in Worthing as they expand their Client Accounts Acquisition team. You will be assisting branches when dealing with financial queries, ensuring the control and payment of client funds and monitoring and recovering any unpaid client fees/ funds. Job Spec: Loading of Balances, invoices and deposits. Reviewing landlord accounts before remitting payments. Daily loading of rental payments daily and Bank accounts. Dealing with queries and rectifying errors relating to current and historic Acquisitions; via email and telephone. Checking accounts to enable the release of tenant deposits to ensure the correct funds are being remitted. Refund demands and fees that have generated incorrectly. Reconciliation of ledgers and the suspense account. Investigate account anomalies i.e. missing credits and rectify accordingly. Contact with the training team/branches and landlords regarding Accounts. Experience in lettings/ property management/ estate agents is preferable. This is a full time and permanent position.
