Temporary Finance Officer Urgently Required Swansea Hourly rate of £9.20 - £11.00 on offer My client, a well-known charity in Swansea is seeking to recruit a temporary Finance Officer. They are ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time capacity, however, they can be flexible with the start/finish times and will even consider 4 days per week, for the right individual. The main purpose of the role is to provide accounts support within a small team environment. Responsibilities of the role to include - Matching, batching and coding of invoices Ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner Post all the direct debit payments and receipts on the bank statements and reconcile the bank accounts on a regular basis Maintain 'Petty cash analysis' and maintain the cash balance using excel spreadsheet Carry out sales ledger duties Reconciliations Expenses Collate the payroll before sending to external bureau Deal with finance related enquiries from all sources Ensure that all documents have been filed in their respective files and that the filing system is maintained responsibly at all times Previous exposure of using Sage 200 would be a distinct advantage.
