We are currently recruiting for a Finance Partner to join one of our Cardiff based clients on a fixed term contract. To carry out this role effectively it is essential that applicants have demonstrable experience of success in managing the purchase ledger, bank reconciliation and VAT along with strong organisational and administrative skills. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work independently, be proactive and manage time well whilst supporting the overall business objectives, be part or fully qualified AAT or hold a recognised CCAB qualification, to be proficient in the use of Excel, have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, have a good working knowledge of budgeting processes, have experience in managing financial systems, possess a high level of accuracy with a methodical approach to daily duties. In addition it would also be desirable for the post holder to have European funding accounting experience, communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh, have experience of working with Xero and have experience in payroll processing. This fixed term role is scheduled to run until mid 2020.
