We are currently working with a market leader in the production industry within the TV global and entertainment world. The role is heavily focused on purchase orders, supplier queries, processing petty cash and providing support to the production team. The ideal candidate will have worked within a TV/Film production environment, purchase ledger experience and worked within the finance team of a medium sized company. Roles/

Responsibilities:
Taking primary responsibility for purchase order creation for productions in SAP and pass invoices to the correct approver for authorisation Dealing with SSC and external supplier queries if necessary and ensure maintenance of customer and vendor information Updating and take action to resolve invoices in the weekly No PO Report Processing all production petty cash entries for the production accountants in SAP, control production petty cash, collecting from the bank and distributing within company guidelines Completing emergency cheque forms and ensure supplier and PO are set up in SAP Working as a full-time assistant to the production team Reconciling and correct any differences in the petty cash journal to GL balances each month end Assisting reconciling the Cost Manager and preparing Month End Cost Reports Controlling all production expenditure by coding and managing authorisation of invoices, expense forms, cheque requisitions and petty cash Opening the production bank account and ensure it is closed at the end of the production Personal Specification The ideal candidate should have prior experience of working within the finance department of a medium sized company Proven purchase ledger experience Experience of working within a TV/Film production environment Highly numerate PC Literate - including Excel, Word, Email Experience with SAP
