Key Responsibilities Professional telephone manner for both internal and external relationships Complete tasks on time & to deadlines Happy to work within a team - helping others to meet team deadlines Ensure ledger is maintained with bank charges & write offs processed monthly Manage cash collection through telephone, fax & email Maintain accurate diary notes Hold regular meeting with internal managers that you deal with Report bad debts to Credit Manager Call target of c.50 per week Recognise customers with cash flow problems and any other hindering factors Deal with any ad hoc tasks & queries Edward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
