Ruby Group are recruiting for a 6-month fixed term opportunity suitable for an experienced credit controller based in Mayfair, London. The business is a global leader in the luxury business services industry and have a large finance team with a high-end, open plan working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all funds are collected, reconciled and resolved for some high-level clients. The role will involve: Building and maintaining client relationships Risk assessment from a debt exposure perspective Investigating disputes and attending client meetings Agreeing repayment plans and initiating legal proceeding where necessary Generating reports, analysing them and identifying problem areas Process improvement The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills: Advanced excel Strong negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of merchant credit card processes This is an excellent opportunity for a credit controller to join an exclusive and high-end business in the cutting edge of an exciting industry, good performance.
