You have some experience under your belt already, with strong exposure to pricing and product development in a life insurer environment. Now you're thinking about the next step and how to make that move into a senior managerial role. This could be exactly what you're looking for. As a niche, regional business, this insurer is looking for someone to manage the pricing team and develop new products to sit alongside the existing offer. Your primary focus will be on pricing, product development to drive and deliver the insurance business, product reviews and conducting risk data. You will be a people person with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and have oversight of the operational risks associated with the delivery of new products and initiatives. You will be a qualified actuary with in depth knowledge of pricing and product development. Good understanding of Solvency II, IFRS17, economic capital and risk frameworks is strongly preferred.
